At the end of the Good Dinosaur, Spot and Arlo meet a family of cavepeople. They show interest in Spot, and, although we know it is not Spot’s family as they have a distinctly different hair colour, we get to see Spot unite with his new family.
As for Arlo, he continues on the last leg of his journey home to his mother, brother, and sister. They embrace in a hug, and Arlo finally gets to make his mark on the silo.
