The 2021 Candyman sequel is definitely gory. Quite a lot of blood is shed in this film. Some bloody scenes are very close up as we see open wounds, while other scenes focus on blood spatter and pools of blood.
Candyman is definitely not one to watch if you feel queasy at the sight of blood.
That being said, the film doesn’t have too many jumpscares. In some ways, it feels more thriller than creepy horror.
